At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your instrument doesn't inspire you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. Please ensure all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the guitar case or box.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your guitar in its original protective shipping carton, ensuring there is adequate padding to prevent movement during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the instrument upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
